## Description

Amendment 02 - Adds a Site Visit opportunity for interested Vendors to attend, refer to Amendment 02 for details. Also, provides Responses to additional questions asked to date.

Amendment 01 - Revises Attachment 2 'Quote and Contract CLIN Schedule' to change period of performance of CLIN 0001 and provide period of performance dates for all CLINs. This requirement is for International Waste Disposal services, of USDA/APHIS regulated garbage, which requires certification to handle, haul, and dispose of the waste. Refer to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for all requirements and the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation attachment for quote submission instructions as well as additional terms and conditions of the resultant contract.
