Description: The TAFB Wings over Solano Airshow requires Static Demonstration services of one F-4U, one P-38, and one SBD Dauntless. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary for Aerial Static Demonstration services. The Contractor shall provide comprehensive services for the 2026 Travis AFB Air Show from April 24-26, 2026. This includes all planning, practice, and execution phases. Personnel must arrive on or before April 23, 2026, and depart no later than 8:00 AM on April 27, 2026. See Performance Work Statement for full requirement details. 3. Procedures for Award: The Government intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and award a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The award basis is anticipated to include Technical and Price. The intended source is Planes of Fame Air Museum due to their capbility to provide all three required aircrafts: F-4U, P-38, and SBD Dauntless.
