Appropriate rehabilitation methods for the sanitary sewer system at Travis Air Force Base include: Cured-in-place pipe lining Open Trench pipe replacement and relief sewers Specialized point repairs Root cutting and pipe cleaning Raising manholes to grade and/or replacing manhole covers Manhole frame and cover replacement Manhole frame and chimney replacement Cone and barrel replacement Bench and channel repair Epoxy seals and corrosion protection coatings Structural lining The solicitation shall be publicized through the Government-wide point of entry on SAM.gov.
