As part of the base bid the Ktr will perform abatement of hazardous waste from animal waste in addition to professional pest control to close any openings both from the exterior of the building as well as between sections “A” and “B” of the building to prevent further infestation of racoons. The total square footage of ceiling tile and insulation replacement is 8,216. 3. The solicitation shall be publicized through the Government-wide point of entry on SAM.gov.
