## Description

The 60th Contracting Squadron is looking to establish an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDIQ) for the surveillance camera system upgrade in multiple dormitory buildings across Travis Air Force Base in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Removal and installation of the camera systems will occur by building based on the availability of funds.

The first task order or seed project, to be funded and awarded immediately upon award of the IDIQ (on or prior to 30 September 2025) will be for the removal and installation of the camera systems at buildings 1314, 1315, 1316, 1317, and 1318, as well as the workstation equipment and software to be installed at the Dormitory Management Office in building 1346, the CE Information Technology (IT) office in building 899, and the 60th Communications Squadron Network Control Center in building 243. Please see applicable attachments for all additional details and requirements regarding this solicitation.

All changes will be in red text on the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. 1st RFI deadline: Requests for Information (RFIs) will be due Thursday, 1 September 2025 at 12:00 PM PST. (As of 5 Sept 2025, the Government is still working to provide adequate responses to RFIs, revise the PWS, and obtain all available drawings. The response received by this deadline shall be posted no later than COB 9 September 2025.) 2nd RFI deadline: Requests for Information (RFIs) will be due Thursday, 11 September 2025 at 12:00 PM PST.

(Due to the significant RFIs received and significant changes that were driven by the RFIs, a second round of RFIs is being allowed to ensure adequate information is provided to all interested parties.
