## Description

**Amendment 3 (28 July 2025):** Added Attachment 8 - FA442725Q1086 Heavy Scale Calibration - Site Visit Questions and Answers Amendment 2 (25 July 2025): Extended RFQ date to 30 July 2025 at 12:00 PM PDT.

**Amendment 1 (18 July 2025):** Changed Point of Contact from Mr. Vitaliy Kim to SrA Socrates Rosimo at socrates.rosimo.1@us.af.mil Added Questions and Answers from the intial solicitation. See attachment 7. Added a site visit. A site visit will be held on 22 July 2025 at 10:00 AM PDT at 90 Ragsdale St, Travis AFB, CA 94535. All interested parties planning on attending the site visit please provide names of the attendees to 60th Contracting Office at the email addresses below.

If you do not have base access, attendees shall meet at the Travis AFB Visitor Center no later than 9:15 AM PDT on the day of the site visit. Base access will not be promised if attendees show up later. Questions from the site visit shall be submitted to 60th Contracting Squadron by 22 July 2025 at 5:00 PM PDT. Extended the RFQ close date to 25 July 2025 at 12:00 PM PDT.

Travis AFB is looking to procure heavy scale calibration services with four option years and a six month extension. See attachments for more information

**IMPORTANT DATES / POINTS OF CONTACT:** Questions are due by 11 July 2025 at 12:00 PM PDT, any questions recieved after this time will not be answered. This RFQ will end on 30 July 2025 at 12:00 PM PDT.
