TheraSphere is indicated for use in radiation treatment or as a neoadjuvant to surgery or transplantation in patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who can have placement of appropriately positioned hepatic arterial catheters. These supplies are needed to treat liver cancer patients in the Regional Health Command Central (RHC-C). The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing. The small Business Size standard is 1,250 employees. The period of performance for contract award will be base year of September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025, with four option years. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements.
