PSC V225 – Transportation/Travel/Relocation: Ambulance NAICS 621910 – Ambulance Services In Solano County, there are only two ambulance providers authorized to respond to emergency 9-1-1 calls: Vacaville Fire Department within its designated jurisdiction, and Medic Ambulance for the remainder of Solano County. Medic Ambulance is the only ambulance provider authorized to initiate BLS interfacility transports in Solano County. This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract. It is published for informational purposes only and not as a request for competitive quotations. Therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement. No responses to the notice of intent to sole source are anticipated, however, all quotations/responses received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
