The BPA ordering period is anticipated to be five (5) years from the date of establishment. Individual orders (calls) will be placed on an as-needed, when-funded basis. 97th Contracting Squadron, intends to establish one or more BPAs with the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government. A determination of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable will be used. \"Technically Acceptable\" is defined as quoting the exact brand name and part number specified in this solicitation.
