## Description

The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of storage mezzanine repair services at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. Services provided must include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items necessary to realign a mezzanine’s horizontal support beam and replace required hardware in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.

Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 23 April 2024 at 1100 CST (11:00AM CST). This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 493110. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award.
