## Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES The 97th Training Squadron at Altus, OK 73523 requires a mature cloud based, low code to no code professional application development software to streamline, upgrade and consolidate a number of data processes. The current database is set to end thus leaving 97 TRS with no software application for a duration of 2-3 months.

Due to only one source being capable of providing the current student database, 97 CONS is awarding a purchase order to continue services for 120 days to TrackVia (CAGE: 5TTU3), while other companies build to meet the requirements. The contract action is for supplies/services with a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Please see attached Single Source Justification for further information.
