## Description

This action is a new task order for the establishment of a 5-year service contract for HVAC Environmental controls in 47 buildings located throughout Altus AFB, OK. The contract requirements are to analyze and maintain software and hardware of system, including updates, database and server back-up, user training, service reports, and tuning control loops. Only Trane has access to service the Tracer System for Environmental controls currently installed on Trane HVAC systems
