Hill Blvd, Joint Base Charleston (JB CHS), SC intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to ADAPCO, LLC. for the procurement of six (6) each 30-gal. drums of Trumpet EC Insecticide. The required delivery date is on or before 12 May 2025. ADAPCO, LLC. is the only manufacturer and distributor of Trumpet EC insecticide, therefore is the only vendor capable of fulfilling JB CHS’s current requirement. This notice of intent to award is not a request for competitive proposals; however, responsible sources may submit a quotation that shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
