## Description

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source The 628th Contracting Squadron – Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to PERSONAL STRENGTHS PUBLISHING, LLC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This proposed contract action is for Core Strength Training to include all online training credits, online assessments, and the physical learner guides.

Fifteen instructor certifications, including certification toolkits are also required. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.

However, interested parties who believe they can meet these requirements may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency NO LATER THAN 29 December 2024 by 12:00 PM EST to SSgt Patrick J. Thomas, Contract Specialist, patrick.thomas.30@us.af.mil and Mrs. Stephanie R. Woods, Contracting Officer, stephanie.woods.7@us.af.mil.
