## Description

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY (SOURCES SOUGHT) AND IS NOT AN OFFICIAL REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AT THIS TIME. 628 CS requires a one-time inspection and repair service on the JB Charleston radio tower. The objective is to assess the tower's current condition, identify any deficiencies, and complete necessary repairs to ensure its safe and reliable operation.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform a comprehensive inspection and execute necessary repairs to the JB Charleston radio tower in accordance with industry best practices, applicable regulations, and the specific requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Performance requirements include Inspection and repair services, safety requirements, communication requirements, regulatory and environmental compliance, personnel qualifications, deliverables, certification requirements, quality assurance, and security compliance all in accordance with the PWS. This will be for a one-time service. Please see attached PWS for additional information.
