## Description

Joint Base Charleston, SC intends to upgrade its Secondary Crash Network. This action will be sole-source through Forum Communications Systems Inc. Forum's ConsortAlert system is the only product that meets the requirements of DAFMAN 13-204V2, paragraph 4.2.2.3.
