The contractor shall have necessary equipment and knowledge to program and maintain Motorola APX 8500 radios and Motorola GTR 8000 repeaters. Contractor personnel shall hold a valid U.S. security clearance of Tier 1, Tier 3, or Tier 5 with favorable determination. Offerors must submit a completed copy of the DD 254 (Atch 02) upon submission of quote. A non-mandatory site visit will be held at Joint Base Charleston, SC at 1000 AM EDT on Tuesday, 26 May 2026. All prospective offerors interested in attending the site visit shall submit a completed Base Access Form 111 (Atch 03) and a copy of a Real ID (front and back) for each contractor personnel to Madison Nerenberg, Contract Specialist, at madison.nerenberg@us.af.mil and Taylor McDaniel, Contracting Officer, at taylor.mcdaniel.1@us.af.mil by Wednesday, 20 May 2026 at 1200 PM EDT if they plan to attend.
