**Amendment 0001:** The purpose of this Amendment is to:

Add JB CHS Question and Answer Form Post updated Specification dated 14 May 2026 (Updated section 01 11 00; 1.1.1; 3rd paragraph) Extend the date offers due to 1 June 2026, 1400 EDT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA441826Q0022 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Railroad Maintenance and Repair Indefinite-delivery Indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) This acquisition is set-aside for 8(A) small business concerns.
