## Description

Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Incorporate REV 1 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. Please note revisions/additions have been highlighted in red font.

2. Corrected the solicitation due date on Attachment 2 - RFQ Fill-in Sheet to 22 August 2025 by 2:00 PM EST.

3. Incorporate Attachment 3, Questions and Answers.
