Parts used during repair will be original equipment manufacturers (OEM) approved parts. Upon reinstallation, the cylinder must be free of leaks and defects. The crane will undergo weight testing and certification in compliance with OSHA requirements, with certification paperwork provided upon delivery. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, and transportation to and from Joint Base Charleston Naval Weapons Station. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including environmental codes. Work shall be completed to industry standards.
