Hill Blvd, Joint Base Charleston (JB CHS), SC intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to Allen Enterprises for the procurement of an Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) Roaming Maintenance Center Upgrade. The contractor shall provide installation and all necessary hardware and software to provide mobile control of the current ADB Safegate system. There are no other authorized service providers of the ADB Safegate system for NAAF. This notice of intent to award is not a request for competitive proposals; however, responsible sources may submit a quotation that shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
