## Description

The contractor shall provide a preventive maintenance, inspection (PMI), and repair service contract for approximately 56 various type structures (i.e., warehouses, vehicle maintenance bays, office areas, hazardous waste storage, vehicle wash rack, etc.) located in an industrial type-complex on Joint Base Charleston-Weapons Station (JBC-WS).

**Place of Performance:** AFSBn Charleston is in Goose Creek, South Carolina on the Joint Base Charleston- Weapons Station (JBC-WS). Period of Performance is as follows:
