The proposed contract action is sole-source only. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotation; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit product information in response to this notice by 10:00 AM CST on May 4, 2026, via email to edren_jash.pena.1@us.af.mil and erica.eberle.1@us.af.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date specified will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
