## Description

Amendment 0001:The purpose of this amendment is to add a second copy of the same RFQ that is an unprotected PDF. An interested party cited being unable to open the document due to it being protected. Both RFQs contain the same information.All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.PIEE Submission. Offerors SHALL deliver proposal through the Solicitation Module in Procurement Integrated Environment (PIEE).

Offerors are responsible for ensuring PIEE registration and any training needed is completed prior to anticipated solicitation closing date.
