AFSOC SOACS is responsible for shipping costs of the STTs to L3Harris's repair depot. L3Harris is responsible for shipping costs when delivering back to the customer (CONUS). L3Harris must make all upgrades and return the STT withing a period of 120 days from the date of submission to the contractor for repair. The vendor shall provide a Final Repair Report and Technical specifications in both soft and hard copy to the Government upon the completion of each repair.
