## Description

**Request for Quotation (RFQ):** Facilities Carpet Cleaning Services (Building 1521) The 635th Supply Chain Operations Wing (SCOW) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to procure professional, all-inclusive carpet cleaning services for Building 1521 at Scott Air Force Base, IL 62225. Issuance of this RFQ does not obligate the Government to make an award, and award of any contract is strictly contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. The Government will not pay for any quote preparation costs.

The required scope of work consists of deep cleaning approximately 30,000 square feet of standard berber carpet squares spanning the first and second floors, encompassing all offices, aisle ways, common areas, and desk spaces. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, labor, and materials required to perform the services. Government personnel will relocate office chairs prior to service; the contractor will not be required to move or lift other heavy furniture.

All work must be completed during the month of September 2026. Operations are to be performed during normal duty hours, Monday through Friday, from 0700 to 1700, with specific dates and phasing coordinated directly with the Facility Manager. Because performance will occur on a secure military installation, all contractor personnel must be vetted for installation access, undergo background checks, and remain escorted while inside controlled areas.

Offerors should review the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and full solicitation package for submission instructions, evaluation criteria, and applicable contract clauses. All FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses are incorporated by reference or included in the solicitation attachments.
