The scope of work requires the deep cleaning of approximately 30,000 square feet of standard berber carpet squares spanning the first and second floors, which includes all offices, aisle ways, common areas, and desk spaces. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to perform the services. Government personnel will handle the relocation of office chairs, meaning the contractor will not be required to move or lift any other office furniture. All work must be performed during normal duty hours, Monday through Friday, from 0700 to 1700, with a specific operational schedule to be coordinated directly with the Facility Manager. Because services will be conducted on a secure military installation, all contractor personnel will require installation access, must undergo background checks, and must be escorted while working within controlled areas.
