## Description

The RFQ is for the Repair of a Glycol Pipe and Refill of the system at the Scott Inn located on Scott AFB in Illinois. CLIN 0001 - Glycol Line Repair and System Refill SCOTT AFB LODGING 460 WEST WINTERS STREET BUILDING 1812 SCOTT AFB, IL 62225 PoP will be 30 days from date of Award. Please see attached documents for additonal details.

**Solicitation - FA440726Q0001 Attachment 2:** PWS - REPAIR Glycol Bldg 1812 Scott Inn 375 FSS Attachment 3: Nonappropriated Fund Standard Clauses AMENDMENT 0001 (27 OCT 2025) - The purpose of this amendment is to add the date and time for a Site Visit. The Site Visit for the Scott Inn Glycol repair will be Thursday October 30 at 10 AM CST at the place of performance listed in the solicitation. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

**Attachment 4:** Solicitation Amendment FA440726Q00010001 SF 30 AMENDMENT 0002 (30 OCT 2025) - The purpose of this amendment is to:

Establish a suspense of November 7, 2025 @ 2 PM CST for contractor RFIs. Establish a suspense of November 10, 2025 @ 2PM CST for the government's response to RFIs. Extend the Solicitation to November 13, 2025 @ 2 PM CST. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
