## Description

The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL, is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of developing and briefing a four-hour curriculum for the 2026 Chief Orientation Course to to forge a deeper understanding of strategic leadership and inspire our highest-performing leaders to sustain excellence. The Government is seeking information from industry to assist in determining what types of products and capabilities are available in the market for this type of requirement outlined in the attached DRAFT Statement of Requirement (SOR).
