Brief Description of Requirement: The Air Force Wargaming Institute needs a secure, mobile, and fully compliant audio-visual teleconferencing suite to facilitate Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) communications in support of USSTRATCOM, Air Force, and Joint Wargaming exercises. This capability must support operations within the Main Conference Room in secure facility during periods when the room is designated as a Temporary Secure Compartmented Information Facility (T-SCIF) for exercise execution. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing RFO Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The contractor needs to be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM).
