Brief Description of Requirement: The Curtis E LeMay Headquarters Commander’s conference room (bldg. 693, Rm 205) at Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB) is repurposing equipment from another location for the purpose of modernizing the existing Audio/Video equipment to support the growing demand for highly interactive briefings and situational awareness requirements. Prior to project acceptance, the contractor shall ensure that all existing warranties will not be voided with the completion of this requirement. Deliver By: 31 October 2025 Place of Performance: Maxwell AFB, AL. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811211, Consumer Electronics Repair and Maintenance. There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor needs to be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website https://www.sam.gov, and also be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Register via the WAWF website https://wawf.eb.mil.
