## Description

AMENDMENT 0001

Extends Solicitation Due Date and Time to 12 Sept 2025 and additional instructions for Amendment Completion. The 42d Medical Group (42MDG) has a requirement for Ambulance Services. This will be a competitive best value acquisition utilizing FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items and Commercial Services. Award will be based on technical acceptability and price. For proposals determined technically acceptable, a best value selection will be based on price.

Please refer to page 37 of the attached Solicitation for Instructions, Conditions & Notices to Offerors or Quoters. Please ensure all proposals contain the information required within paragraph 4, Specific Instructions. Evaluation Factors for Award are located on page 40.
