THE PURPOSE OF THIS SYNOPSIS IS TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.) The Government is seeking sources that are capable of providing delivery of a set number of online course hours and student throughput (see PWS Section 7). eMentor online courses will be delivered via a Learning Management System (LMS) in the form of a Virtual School which includes synchronous, online courses incorporating an interactive whiteboard, real-time audio and video; classroom management; and a library for syllabi, lesson plans, and slides. The contractor shall use existing, previously-developed commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), Government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) technology or their own previously developed technology for the Virtual School (see PWS Section 4). This contract does not require the development and update of a separate student management system for use by the Client. Please see attached draft Performance Work Statement for specific requirements and the RFI Questions document for informtation that will be required to be addressed within the Contractor's Capability Statement.
