This requirement is for HPE Server and Storage post-warranty support. The HPE Hardware Support required is 1 year of post-warranty support for the items listed in attached Support Package, with telephone and/or on-site support with 4-hour response 13 hours per day 5 days per week (4-hour 13x5) and Defective Media Retention (DMR).
