## Description

42nd Contracting Squadron is requesting information from industry to support finalization of acquisition strategy for the procurement of conference space, AV equipment setup, and technical support for the Eaker Center for Professional Development's Pre-Command Team training in Montgomery, AL. The event will take place across 2 training periods encompassing 18 days (non-consecutive) for 150 attendees.

The Government is seeking information regarding market capabilities to meet the requirements outlined in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please reference the attached PWS, answer the questions in the attached Sources Sought guidelines, and respond to the posting by 01 February 2024 at 1700 CST (UTC-6).
