## Description

The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell Air Force Base AFB, AL, is seeking a Commercial Internet Service Provider (CISP) to support the Holm Center mission and provide access for 48,000+ users throughout the USA and overseas. 95% of this customer base are outside the .mil environment and are not DoD employees. The Holm Center requires a business CISP with 1 Gbps upload and download speed, 10 public facing dedicated IP addresses, and a minimum 98% uptime.

The contractor shall furnish all necessary equipment, including delivery, assembly, disassembly, and training on equipment. All feedback and information received may be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy. The Government is seeking information from industry to assist in determining what types of products and capabilities are available in the market for this type of requirement outlined in the attached DRAFT PERFORMACE WORK STATEMENT (PWS).

**NOTES OF IMPORTANCE:** 1.A solicitation does not exist for this requirement. This is only a sources sought synopsis, soplease do not submit proposals. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basisof this sources sought. 2.If the Government decides to pursue a solicitation, portions of your responses to this sourcessought may be incorporated into the final solicitation. Respondents are discouraged fromsubmitting any information deemed competition-sensitive or proprietary.

3.Respondents will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred in responding to this sources sought.Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents. 4.Oral submissions of information will not be considered in response to this sources sought. To assist the Government in developing a potential acquisition strategy, please provide the following information:

**1.GENERAL INFORMATION:** a.Company name, address, point of contact, voice and fax telephone numbers and emailaddress. b.Type of business, (i.e., small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, Hub Zone, serviced- disabled veteran-owned small business, large business, etc.), under North American IndustryClassification System (NAICS) 517111, which contains a size standard of 1,500 EMP.CAGE Code and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). c.Under which NAICS code does your company usually provide the objectives describedabove.

Please provide rationale for your answer if different from NAICS 517111. d.Please describe any customary commercial contract terms or conditions that you feel wouldmake any resulting contract more effective if applicable.
