## Description

**Project Title:** Command Suite Modification, Barnes Center, Building 832 Gunter Annex Project Location: Maxwell AFB, AL -Gunter Annex BARNES CENTER FM9 B832 COMMAND SECTION Requirement for a contractor to modify the command section area of Bldg. 832, Gunter Annex Air Force Base (AFB). The general scope of the subject requirement will include the removal of the wall/door in the hallway for entrance into the Command Suite room 171. The contractor shall furnish all necessary equipment, labor, supervision and materials to accomplish the requested work. The estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance and Payment Bonds are mandatory
