**10 September 2025 Synopsis:** The 47th Contracting Squadron at Laughlin AFB intends to award, on a full and open competitive basis, a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for a badging system project. Based on the non-complex nature of the requirement and its low dollar value, the Government intends to utilize oral solicitations outlined within FAR 13.106-1. A formal solicitation will not be posted on SAM.gov.

**Compliance with FAR Part 5.101(a)(2):** The Government has already identified two or more vendors who are eligible for this requirement. This notice is being posted solely to comply with the requirements of FAR Part 5.101(a)(2).

**Estimated Timeline:** The Government anticipates making an award within 10 calendar days from the date of this notice.

**Opportunity for Future Consideration:** To be considered for future requirements solicited orally, interested firms MUST submit a Statement of Intent and the following supporting documentation to the Contracting Officer via email alejandro.alvarado.3@us.af.mil no later than five (5) calendar days from the date of this posting.

**Supporting Documentation:** A list of references for similar projects completed within the past three (3) years. A capability statement demonstrating relevant experience and any active registrations under any of the socioeconomic programs. A signed acknowledgement confirming understanding that the worksite is located at Laughlin AFB in Del Rio, TX, approximately 3 hours from any major city.
