## Description

Laughlin AFB awarded a design-build contract utilizing nonappropriated Funds (NAF). The contractor shall furnish all materials, labors, tools, equipment, trasnportation, and all other incidentals neccesary to complete the work outlined in the Statement of Objectives (SOO) to construct a covered storage fcility for the fenced-in boat storage are at the Southwinds Marina.
