## Description

This is a solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only public posting; quotations are being requrested orally. Solicitation number FA3099-24-Q-P007 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This acquisition is intended as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and a Firm Fixed Price contract will be Awarded based on best value.

**DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:** The 47th Contracting Squadron, Laughlin AFB, Texas requires: The current Air Traffic Controls and Landing Systems (ATCALS) cooper wiring consistently fails, this system is well beyond its life cycle and no longerlogistically supported due to the constant interruptions to the Air Traffic Control (ATC) System operations. As result of this degraded system a newsystem that is compatible with the current configuration is required to avoid the current system interruptions.

The TC8000 series fiber optic transportand Jumbo Switch manufactured by TC Communication have proven to provide the much needed upgrade to the current system configuration as itmeets all system requirements for interconnectivity over fiber optics and postures our systems for migration to the Defense Information SystemsNetworks (DISN).

(7) Environmental and energy efficiency considerations.

(8) Delivery terms. The Government intends to consider the following factors for evaluation: Price, performance/capabilities and delivery schedule. Price is considered equal to performance/capabilities and is considered more important than delivery schedule. The plan is to make this purchase with agovernment credit card. Ensure all fees are on the quote including delivery, credit card, etc. Release of Solicitation in Advance of Funding Availability.

Except for solicitations and contracts issued in accordance with FAR 32.703-2(a) andclause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds, follow the procedures below when issuing solicitations in advance of available funds: (a) The followingstatement must be included in any such solicitation:
