The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work outlined in the SOO to construct a covered storage facility for the fenced-in boat storage area at the Southwinds Marina. This project is a design-build contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for producing a complete and usable design and its construction, produced by a licensed professional engineer. The Contractor shall complete a complete and usable design for a 100’ by 35’ covered storage facility that will accommodate at a minimum 9 boats at Southwinds Marina. All designs and drawings shall be prepared by a registered professional engineer of the required disciplines. The period of performance (PoP) for this requirement is a total of 282 calendar days. This project shall have three Notices to Proceed (NTP). NTP #1 will be for design submittals and have a PoP of 182 calendar days.
