## Description

Laughlin Air Force Base (AFB) awarded a contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 19.8 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) subpart 219.8, Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(A) Program). This aquisition is for a project to remove rubber deposit by hyrdocleaning method for airfields on the runways located at Laughlin AFB and Spofford Auxiliary airfields.
