## Description

The intent of this notice is to synopsize the upcoming solicitiation for B521 SCIF Renovation at Goodfellow AFB, TX. This is not an official solicitation.

**Project Title:**

**Building 521 Renovation Project Location:** Goodfellow Air Force Base, San Angelo Texas Project Description: The objective of this requirement is to fully renovate Building 521, a Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF) located on Goodfellow AFB, which was originally constructed in 1986. The scope of work includes the demolition and replacement of various systems, including structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, and fire alarm systems. This project will leverage bridging (design) documents to aid the selected design-build project team.

**Disclosure of Magnitude:** The magnitude of this requirement is more than $10,000,000.

**NAICS:** The NAICS code of this requirement is 236220 and Size standard is $45M.

**Bonding:** Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds will be required in accordance with FAR 52.228-15.
