DESCRIPTION: The 17th Contracting Squadron at Goodfellow AFB, TX, is issuing a solicitation for new Emergency Communication Center Dispatch Consoles at the primary and alternate ECC locations. The Contractor shall provide the personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the removal of existing workstations, and the installation of new ECC Dispatch Consoles IAW Attachment 1- ECC Dispatch Consoles SOO and Attachment 2- ECC Dispatch Consoles Salient Characteristics. **TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS:** This RFQ will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 337214- Office Furniture (except Wood) Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is no greater than 1100 employees. **TYPE OF SET-ASIDE:** This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. **DISCUSSIONS:** The Government intends to make award without discussions. However, the Government reserves the right to hold discussions if it is in the Government's best interest to do so. **REGISTRATIONS:** Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award.
