## Description

The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX is issuing a solicitation for Repair Softball Field. This acquisition includes one (1) CLIN. The Period of Performance will be 60 days after receiving Notice to Proceed. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal to the 17th Contracting Squadron. Oral proposals WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offerer whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government.

The Contractor shall remove all damaged and worn-out existing turf in batter’s boxes, catcher’s box, pitcher’s mound landing area, and three base areas. All removed turf shall be disposed of offsite at responsibility of the Contractor. Work includes regrading of existing finish aggregate layer to new condition and Contractor provenience and installation of synthetic turf in all damaged areas per manufacturers directions., as stated in the Statement of Work (SoW).

PSC-Y1PA NAICS -238990 Size Standard - $19.0M Set Aside -100% Total Small Business Site Visit scheduled for 14 June 2024 @ 9:00 AM Central Daylight Time. The site visit will be at the Softball Field. Please submit base access letters by 13 June 2024 @10:00 AM Central Daylight Time. Questions will be due by 18 June 2024@ 12:00 PM CDT. The solicitation closes 28 June 2024@ 2:30 PM CDT.

**Note:** Proposals must conform to "Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerers or Quoters" section contained within the solicitation document to be considered eligible for award. **Amendment 0001** - This amendment adds attachment 5 to the solicitation. Attachment 5 includes the "or equal" product description for this project.
