Because of the important function of this facility to the Vance AFB flying mission, contractor is required to minimize disruptions related to power outages during the hours specified in the plans and specifications. In addition, the interior distribution work, contractor will replace buildings interior, exterior and parking lot lighting with equivalent LED options and with lighting controls.
