The removal is comprised of a low slope ballasted built-up roof and two steep slope standing seam metal roofs. Once the existing roof materials and support framing for the existing standing seam is removed, the entirety of the buildings roof areas will be replaced with a new fleece backed single ply TPO over cover board and tapered insulation.
