The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements as stated in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall comply with the current TIA telecommunication installation and testing commercial standard and base installation standards. All equipment, supplies, and materials provided shall be new and not refurbished IAW SOW. NOTE: You have to request acess to see the Diagram in Attachment 5 When submitting your quote, please follow the instructions listed at 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors) on Attachment 2 - Provisions and Clauses. Quotes shall be submitted via email to the following addresses (Trayona.love@us.af.mil ; andrew.ebert.2@us.af.mil) no later than 4:30pm CST, 10 September 2024 in order to be considered timely. Questions are due no later than 2:30 PM CST, 5 September, 2024. The Government is not obligated to answer any questions submitted after the deadline. It is the vendor’s responsibility to monitor the solicitation posted herein for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. All Contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
