The system manufacturer is Acoustic Technology Inc. (ATI). The system requires annual Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI). This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Giant Voice system PMI. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. The contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, and other items necessary to perform repair, replacement, service and installation. Unless otherwise identified herein, the contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, transportation, tools, materials and other items necessary to perform repair, replacement, service and installation as defined in this Statement of Work. **NOTE:** When submitting your quote, the Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose qoute conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Factors being utilized to evaluate offers are: **1. Price:** Complete Price Schedule on the Attachment titled: **Combined Synopsis-Solicitation 2. Technical Acceptability:** • Submit offer/qoute IAW the Statement of Work (SOW) **3. Options:** Fill out pricing information for option years in the pricing schedule on the attachment titled: Combined synopsis-Solicitation.
