All immersion cleaners shall have a minimum freeboard ratio of 0.70, when the width is measured at the solvent surface level. All waste and solvents from the recirculating parts washers and immersion cleaners shall be manifested under the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest System, if not re-used.
